Schweet, hopefully it will be rear wheel drive and powerful. I'd like to see someone breathe some life into the classics instead of turning them into econoboxes (ie impalla).

from everything I've heard, it won't have much power which is too bad. It'd be nice with a nice 351 SVO engine under the hood (err, like my car has

), then I'd be more tempted.

I just read an article in an old Motor Trend magazine about the new T-bird's. They aren't going to be cheap, especially if you get the optional hardtop ($2500). In the mid 30's to start and up to 45 with the works. The article says the car has a lot in common with the Linclon LS and one of the smaller Jaguars (I forget which one) like the same V-8 engine, automatic transmission and disc brakes as the Lincoln. It's a very nice looking car.

from the looks of what i seen of the car !
60 sec worth or less ! that is
the t bird looks more of a every day auto!
then chrylers viper or prowler !
but it did look from a side and rear look of a 1955 -or 1956 t-bird now the one i seen was a hard top and it was driving into the plant gate
wish i had my camera i didnt care so much for the green-blue color but it also had white shipping papers on it ! like on the hood trunk area and maybe the doors i dont remember real good at the moment as to what was covered with the paper
but it did look like to me if this baby was fire engine red or jet black or even a dark metaic blue any solid color they would have a sweet sweet look in ride even with stock wheel and plain wheel covers =this care did really look like a rebirth of the classic t-bird but difrent in a good way not so tank looking
