Blow-Off Valve Without Turbo???

"It may sound stupid, but i`m just inquiring. Is it possible to install a blow off valve on a car (Civic to be specific) that doesn`t have a turbo? I'm leaning towards the NO side of the arguement, but it would be kewl if one could do that. I just want the 'pssst' noise honestly.

What a dumbass... not gonna get the pssstt.... noise without a turbo... There is no extra boost coming from anywhere to build up any pressure to need a blow off valve... If they didn't think they had to run 30psi boost they wouldn't need one anyways... Enough boost there to melt aluminum heads anyways...
