Dunno, I'd have my doubts about the "400 HP" too.

That car is so ugly, I would kill myself before I'd find myself within 10 feet of that ugly, poor, abused Volvo. :(

You know what that wing reminds me off? This huge POS Dodge Neon in town here. It's got an all almuminum wing thats about 4 feet tall. It looks ugly as HELL. And the kicker? The guy says it was a factory addon, I call BullSh*t on that though. What automaker in their right mind would make an option so ass ugly?!

There's a Honda dealer next to the building I work at (same owner btw) and we get to see all sorts of "riced out" Hondas daily and hear that "weedwacker of 'roids" exhaust as they barely move in the area. I like the add-on wings that look like those seen on top fuel dragsters, bolted to the trunk lids where the sheet metal distorts from wind resistance, very impressive ;)

At least the Superbird and Dodge Daytona were built by Chrysler so they had enough production to use the aero bodies in NASCAR.

Ford made a special aerodynamic Torino at the time for the same purpose but it was not nearly as radical.

The Superbird and Daytona were so dominant, NASCAR changed the rules to limit their engines so the other makes could have a chance.

I was actually a NASCAR fan at the time and remember Richard Petty, Charlie Glotzbach and some crazy kid from Massachusetts (??) who drove on Petty's team tearing up the ovals in the wing cars...

......and today we see "ricers" add those 'top fuel car' type wings to the trunk lids of their Hondas. It's especially "cool" ;) when the added wind resistance on those bends the trunks sheet metal.
