OK, WTF is that thing, the modern day version of an aquacar? It really only goes 30 mph in water?

For a dual purpose vehicle I'd say 30mph isn't bad at all. Considering most previous aquacars barely moved in the water at all. Seems a bit pricey for what it is though...

I remember seeing on TV this guy that started with 20' boats and made them so they could go on land.. it could do 65 on land and whatever in water.. looked cool when it was on the road.
