I don't really mind it, I wouldn't get one tho, there are a lot nicer 'crossover' or 'sports-wagon' vehicles out there like the Nissan Murano, Honda Pilot, Toyota Highlander, Cadillac SRX and Lexus RX, but they are all pretty expensive as well...

I'd still rather have a VW Passat Wagon with a W8 in it. I do like the Magnum though. Has a look of its own and it has to haul some serious ass with that Hemi under the hood.

That new 300C is bad-ass, I'd love to get one of those some day: 5.7-liter Hemi V-8 tuned to 340 horses and 390 pound-feet, GRRR :cool :

actually, i LOVE the look of the 300. but the front end of the dodge looks different than the 300. i was merely referring to offering the dodge magnum as a sedan and a station wagon, rather than trying to make a take on the nomad.

I actually like the looks of the new Dodges, especially that Hemi powered wagon. I'd consider buying one used someday in the future when my 18 yr old old Volvo turbo wagon finally gives up the ghost. I have never nor do I plan on ever buying any car new as I can fix any older car for ALOT less $$$.
The Hemi Dodge wagon is not only a car with decent HP, it's RWD! I don't like FWD/AWD which is what most car manufacturers are selling these days. FWD and HP isn't a good combo (torque steer).
Most of the newer Dodge cars have a "mean" look to them IMO, unlike GM which today offers many very boring cars.....like the new GTO for example (looks like everything else today). Chevy's new retro PU truck is cool looking but $42K! (they're smoking crack).

Most of the newer FWD cars don't have much of a problem with torque steering if they've got traction control. Most guys who build their motors up put in LSD's(limited Slip Differentials) and that pretty much fixes that problem. Now if i can just find 700 bucks to put one in my VW i'd be happy lol

The FWD only cars (not AWD) I work on for a living (Volvos) all STILL have noticable torque steer even with tracs. Adding LSD isn't an option either. Take the FWD twin turbo S80, the torque steer rips the wheel around so bad that to me, I'd say it's a problem but the customers seem OK with it. The modern day tracs systems even cuts out throttle so with that happening, you're also losing accelleration at the same time UNLESS one had VERY sticky tires. All true, real high perf cars are RWD in my book, even today.
