Hey Guys.. Jaden's car did something funny to her today and I can't find an answer..

She was driving home and hydroplaned with the cruise control on and the light started to blink.. I figure it's just a safety feature to prevent you from turning it back on because the tires lost traction, but I can't find anything to back up that thought.. Any of you other Nissan drivers know what this could be?

TIA!

cause it could be just a warning light - computer confused/rough terrain...

or mebbe yer low on oil, or the pumps going out...

or on some cars - the cruise control gives thirty seconds notice and cuts out entirely!

sounds like a safety precaution. If you loose traction the car senses that and disables cruise until re-enabled. This is to prevent the tires from continuing to spin at 75mph in no traction while your moving.
