GEICO wont Insure Tesla

I was talking to a girl who quote for GEICO insurance last week. she told me something I found odd . GEICO will not insure anyone if they call about insuring a Tesla. she didn't know why but that's one car they will not insure. so if you own or buy a tesla don't call GEICO. you be wasting your time.

this was in 2014 they may of change to not insuring any now .

Probably someone at GEICO has stock in GM... or has a congressman friend who does.

I saw a video review of the Tesla top end car. You can select acceleration modes, one is called "Insane."
