Well I decided to go with the felpro 1206 gaskets. I thought I had used them on my velle but after looking at these, Im guessing I used the 1205's on it. These are HUGE ports. After some research, they are used on the Brodix heads, and Dart Pro 1's. After some measurement, I determined I could safely use them on my heads. Remember, these are not stock junk heads, these were already 200cc runner Sportsman II heads....Think they may be near MoTowns now....

Very Nice. I like seeing your progress. Try to post video of you starting it for the first time. That's always a sweet moment when building an engine.

Picked up a carb on the cheap (CL). However after some research it was set up for alcohol. So I educated myself on what all is required to convert to alcohol and then just reversed the process. Will be swapping out the boosters for skirted billet style with 12 hole annular discharge. So CFM will drop to around 820 and will have tremendous booster signal so carb should be very responsive.

Drilled the air bleeds out, tapped them to 10-32unf and installed adjustable bleeds...much larger than the originals so should lean it out quite a bit.
