Title says it all! LIst the fastest you've ever driven. Similar to the other thread, but nobody said how many mph it was :) List it with what car you were in too.

[edit]
I guess I should add mine. I've driven about 85mph in my Supra....somewhere around there--thats where the speedometer stops so I burried the needle. It was in some old country area...went from a dead stop and floored it. Though, I need to get better/faster with the clutch if I wanna ever do that again ;)

Back in my younger (and dumber) days, I had an '89 Mustang LX 5.0 which ran low 12's. Out of all the 'stangs I've owned, this was the strongest (I really miss this one --got stolen :( ). My wife was going to West Virginia Weslyan. I can't remember the name of the highway, but it's wide and you can see for miles and runs right up from Buchannon to Morgantown. Had the speedo buried at 140. Today I realize how stupid and dangerous that was --funny how time changes things.

I used to have a friend who worked at a place where they converted cars brought from over seas to meet U.S. standards for safety and smog. The place was full of Porches, Ferraris, Mercedies, Lamborgines, you name it they had it. One night after they closed we went there to check out the cars. To make a long story short about an hour later we were doing 180mph down the Costa Mesa Fwy. It was about 3:00am so there was no traffic. It scares me when I think about the stupid stuff I used to do when I was young. If anything would have happened we would have been in so much trouble, we were drunk and for all intensive perposes in a stolen Lamborgini.

I've done about 110-120 on a bike before and that was just stupid. I recall catching a bug that fattened my lip and almost knocked me off my bike at 70, just think if I had been going 110 and that bug it me, it would have put a hole through me. :)

120 mph in a slightly beefed up '72 Chevy Nova.

120+ on a Harley. A friend was driving and I quit looking after 120.

80 in a power boat. It felt like I was going faster though.

I hit around 140 once in my Talon TSI about 7 years ago and I nearly crapped myself, every little curve on the expressway feels like you're gonna go flying off the road. I dunno what I was thinking, I just wanted to let her rip and see what she could do. I can only imagine what a cop would do to me if I got caught, but it was really late at night so I wasn't too worried...

Toyota king cab truck. Had the needle past 130 (the speedometer would only read 130), so I'm not really sure how fast I was going. Very stupid though. :)
