car's transfer from out of state BS

we are finding out its fun transferring car register from state to state. paper work headaches on 3 car's .
1 st car - had to order a lost title for it from michigan $15 . my fault so you have to fax the info and cc stuff . then sit and wait for it to arrive.
2 nd car - bought new 10 years old - looked at title has a cu as a secured party. this one we need a letter from them before we can redo the paper work (even do it said was bought and given loan ) 10 years ago .
3 car newest is a lease - so this one a whole new animal .as we are not the title holder the leasing company has it. the state and them have to do a paper exchange .we have to send in a letter then maybe 2 -3 weeks later all the paper b.s .will be done so we can plate the car here.
