Yeah, they mentioned that in the report. People are asking the state if they can expect to be reimbursed.

In my opinion, this guy should've been arrested. This was malicious.The Ohio Turnpike and Infrastructure Commission announced Monday morning that the driver was placed on administrative leave and will submit to mandatory drug and alcohol testing as it investigated the incident.
