spacers /wheel adapters have been know to break for years . years ago we seen a pontiac GTO like a 66 or 67 go air born when the driver lost control .after loosing a wheel and hit a fire hydrant drag racing /street racing . there were 4 kids in the car and it was not a pretty site .

This video is everywhere for some reason... but I have see this exact thing in like a dozen other videos.

The weirdest thing that I saw was a drive shaft that passed me on the freeway.

As for this video, spacers are probably okay, but if you don't use the correct stud to secure them, they will break. I just think it's a bad idea to have extra wide tires in the front since the front takes more stress than the back.
