I have no idea what the deal is

I am really strapped for cash, and being 14 and haveing to pay for everyones Christmas presents myslef has left me almost broke. I get payed in a week though. You can't do a cross-ship? What about if I do paypal? I could go to the bank tomorrow, and deposit the money and start the transfer. I don't think that you can spend more money than you have in your paypal account.
