WANTED! used / good cond. Asus a7v333

Heh, its that time of year. Upgrading the computer once more, this time im building it from scratch... I'm actually looking for more then a motherboard - take a look a the specs:

Ati radeon 9700 pro
Sound Blastre audigy platnum eX
80+ gb of HD space
atleast 512+mb DDR PC2700
I'll use my 56x rom Drive from my other computer, but i am looking for a 52x to replace it.
AMD athlon xp 2000

And, yes, i do like good music, but i have heard that Creative speakers are bad? I was looking at the Inspire 5.1 5700 - Dont know if I should buy it or not.

If you can give me advice or just want to sell me these items at a reasonable cost, plz reply.:B

How far do you live from california / san diego? I dont have $210 ATM but is there a way i can buy just the motherboard? I did find the A7V333 on http://www.pricewatch.com under the search asus a7v333 for $105,specs were - Asus A7V333 VIA KT333 chipset AMD Athlon XP/Athlon/Duron Skta ATX MB ( w/ Audio, 4USB 2.0 ); - NoRaid -

Well the motherboard is brand new was used for a week and has raid you can have it for 125.00 shipped also i'm in boston ma
