There are no other problems with it, & and it works beautifully (as well as sounds amazing). Physically, it looks great although there's an indent maybe a half a centimeter deep on the top of the case which doesn't really retract from the looks... otherwise it looks mint (front looks new... no scratches or anything). Includes the original box, remote and manual. The unit retails for $550, and has ALL the features you could possibly need including Dolby Digital 5.1 decoding, DTS, Dolby Pro Logic II, Logic 7, MP3 deconding, EZ-set (for easy auto speaker level calibration), 192kHz/24-Bit Advanced Crystal DAC, and a high current amp design (45w x 5 channels)! Don't be fooled by the commonly inflated wattage specs of competing receivers. Harman Kardon even under-rates it's specs, and offers some of the only receivers that actually meet/exceed the advertised specs. Expect the same amount of power a 100 watt receiver in the similar $400-600 price range would offer, except w/ cleaner, fuller and more dynamic sound!
