If the thief didn't change the email you can try to get your password emailed to you. If that works, then change the password again.

thye hacked cdrlabs for like 4 minutes before they got caught.

Thats the biggest thing theyve been able to do. Other than that its a few personal webpages and games forums. It lists thier defaces on the site, its quite pathetic, it seems like they would be embarassed.
