This is a new processor bought from newegg and never used.
The L1 bridges on this processor have not been cut so you should be able to change multiplier settings, however, I do not have a board that will let me check this so I can't guarantee it.

AT Computer Case w/ power supply.
This case has two external 5.25 drive bays and two external 3.5 drive bays and one internal 3.5 drive bay. It also comes with a 230 watt power supply. There's front USP ports in the 3.5 drive bay that plugs into the motherboard USB ports.
This case was my wife's old case and has been taken very good care of. There are no dents and no major scratches.
