Looking for a few things to complete a system.

Looking for the following items to finish a sytem that I'm building for a guy that I work with,

Athlon XP processor - Would like a 2000+ or better - Does not need to be a good overclocker
Windows XP Home Edition - Full install w/COA
A decent Video card for around $30 - 35

I believe I have an Xtasy Ti4400 here that I'd let go for $50 (Only because my 9800Pro is gonna go in that box and I'd hate to give up my PCI 9200 LMK
