Trying to raise some $$ towards a down payment on a new car. My poor old Jeep at 216k is starting to show its age
Got a couple of nice laptops here, no longer have a need for them:
IBM Thinkpad 600 (Awesome laptop, only 5.5lbs and 1.46" thick!)
PII 266 MMX (BX chipset)
96MB RAM
13.3" Active Matrix (1024x768)
Built in stereo sound
3.2GB HD
24x CD-ROM
Floppy (also have external module for it)
USB port
Infra-red port
56k built-in modem
Battery and A/C adapter
-This thing is loaded! It's a type 2645-51U if you want to look it up in IBM's site. I love this laptop; I know I'm going to kick myself for selling it.
These IBM's are absolutly rock solid; probably one of the very best you can buy. Couple of small wear marks on the case; no big deal, just want to mention it. Beautiful screen, fast, solid, thin and light --what else could you want?
$575 -----SOLD----- (thanks FP
)
IBM 760XD (Very solid --feels bulletproof!)
Pent 166 MMX
64MB RAM
12.1" Active Matrix (1024x768)
Built in stereo sound
!!2!! 3.0GB HD
8x CD-ROM
Floppy
Also includes separate external floppy
Infra-red port
Video-in/out dongle
Built in 33.6K modem
!!2!! Batteries and A/C adapter
-Very nice laptop, had very little use. Still looks brand new! It's a type 9546-U9E if you want to look it up in IBM's site. Supports video-in and video-out (NTSC/PAL), video capture, hardware video acceleration, scaling, and color space conversion. Also has MPEG-1 and MPEG-2 HHR (Half Horizontal Resolution) video.
$365 ---PENDING---
NEC Versa 5060X (Nice, thin and light)
Pent 166 MMX
64MB RAM
13.3" Active Matrix (1024x768)
Built in stereo sound
3.2GB HD
20x CD-ROM
Floppy
USB port
Infra-red port
56K 3Com XJACK modem
Battery and A/C adapter
-This laptop is in very nice shape. Couple of minor problems: The case is chipped next to the USB port; no big deal really, just want to mention it. The eject button for the CD-ROM doesn't work (maybe the contact needs to be cleaned?). Either eject the tray from Windows or use a paper clip in the pin hole. Its been sitting a while, so I don't know how long the battery lasts. http://support.neccomp.com/download/versa5000sr.pdf
