WTB: EDO SODIMM for Laptop (32mb or 64mb)

Title says it all.
I have a Dell Latitude CDi D266XT, and I got a sodimm SDRam module, but it didn't work. I then found out that I need EDO RAM.
Anyone got any out there? It needs to be just about an inch wide, no bigger... (cramped for space.)
