WTB: 20-pin ribbon cable with at least one MALE block connector end

title sums it up. Need a 20-pin ribbon cable with a block-type connector (the kind that's on the end of an IDE cable), but MALE, not female. Willing to pay good money for this item. Please post here if you have it, as my home system is down and i can't check email.
