WTT iPaq 3135 for colour PDA with PC slot/adapter

I have an iPaq 3135 (in absolute mint condition) that I would like to trade for a colour PDA with a PC card slot (or adapter for the colour PDA).
The iPaq includes:
Box with all manuals and CDs and stuff (no UPC though), CF sleeve, PC sleeve, and a carrying case.
I also have:
1) a Compact flash network card with dongle,
2) 128MB CF card (assuming the PDA has some good onboard RAM, or trade down towards a smaller (64MB~ish) CF card,
3) Kodak DC 215 digicam,
that I would put towards the colour PDA.
LMK what you have or if you have any suggestions
