The card is indeed a retail card.
It has everything(cables, booklet, drivers, etc...) a retail card would except:
The Box...lost somewhere.
The dvi-vga adapter....keeping it.
Counter-Strike trueform.....already used the serial number.
So if those things aren't important to you. Its a good deal.
I was running this at 295/295 in Win98se.
