I have an ECS
P6SEP-ME that does either slot 1 or socket 370. Check this link for it's brother. I can't find a difference between the two (might be a marketing thing).
It does overclock if you're interested. Only problems are that I couldn't get the USB to work and that there is only one shared slot avaliable. I have the modem and ethernet adaptors which take no slots if you're interested. It's been completely stable though.
$20 for just board, $25 with modem and ethernet adaptors
