Imation rebadge of plextor, flashed over to plextor and has newest firmware (1.08 i think).

The thing is a tank but I finally found the need for CDRW and higher speed CDR writes. Never had a bad write that wasn't my fault

Asking $50 shipped (fedex express saver)

PS: TLA #0403, if you remember only some of the drives can back up SafeDisk 2 titles correclty, this is one of them.

one of the best deals ever was these imation plexy's. i am still useing two of them since they were new. definitly a great deal for anyone considering buying one

Agreed! I bought one of these when they first came out a few years ago and it still defeats every PC CD-ROM copy protection scheme out there! Take THAT Macrovision!
