you go to the post office or store and purchase a money order with cash... its guaranteed funds because it was paid for with cash. same thing as a cashiers check pretty much.

another question about M.O.,
lets say that the seller cashes the M.O., and he/she doesn't deliver, how does the post office track down the seller in order to get the money back for the buyer?

another question about M.O.,lets say that the seller cashes the M.O., and he/she doesn't deliver, how does the post office track down the seller in order to get the money back for the buyer?
Send it with delivery confirmation, that way the buyer has to sign for the M.O.
