Retail MSI KT3 Ultra 2
OEM Athlon XP 1600+ overclocked to 2200+ at 1.84 volts@50C
Alpha 8045 heatsink No FAN.
I am willing to accept 120 shipped for the combo.

Review
Changes made to the Server:
Upgraded to Two Pentium III 1GhZ CPU's
1 GB ECC PC133 Crucial Ram (Pretty sure it's Crucial, will have to double check)
all other components are still the same.
Asking price for the server is 600 shipped for now.
Of course price is negotiable. NO threadcrappers are tolerated and if I catch you doing it I'll make sure that you get a vacation
