Many thanks to all who donated and contributed to the raffle. There are no losers, you all should feel good that you at least did help.

You can still donate as Tony still needs help since no insurance was involved.





Most of you know about the bad accident <b>TonyH</b> had recently. See <a href="http://www.pcabusers.net/forums/showthr ... 6950">this thread</a> for more info.

Many have been wanting to do something to help. The one who hit him has no insurance and neither does his employer, whom he was driving for at the time. So he needs help with all his bills and possibly medical bills too.

Here's what we will do. You can donate for Tony and/or buy a raffle ticket for $10 each. Many many thanks to <a href="http://www.amdzone.com/forums/messagevi ... 1">AMDzone admin</a> <b>Ahab97</b> for offering a <b>9700 Pro</b> to the winner. minendo will keep track of it all and send me the tickets. I'll not know who's number matches who and will pick a ticket and announce the winning number here. Then <b>minendo</b> will show who won.



I don't use pay pal so <b>minendo</b> has agreed to accept the funds. Funds can be in pay pal or money orders and sent to him. His pay pal email. Put <b>for TonyH</b>. Pm or email him for his mailing address please, for a money order.

<h3><b>If for the raffle then please state "for raffle" and provide your name, address, email address, phone number, how many you want and your user name for his records.</b></h3>

*Buy as many as you want and know that all proceeds are for a good reason, and for a great guy.


Tickets can be purchased up until <b>JUNE 21</b>. Then minendo mails me the tickets and we'll have the drawing on June 25. If they arrive by then. If not then the night they do arrive.


*Any previous donations will not count towards this.

Not sure on this yet. Guess blade and I should work this out. Perhaps a certain amount of tickets or a certain date to stop sales on. I'll send blade a message and see what he thinks.

like 5 max per person no matter how much is donated?

No maximum has been set right now. Personally I do not see the need to place a maximum number, but perhaps blade does. I'll have to get into contact with him.

Nah, buy all ya want. It's for a great cause so why not and increase your chance.

To everyone that has purchased raffle tickets so far: Sorry I have yet to respond, but I am extremely busy. I will send emails to all that have provided me with an email address tomorrow evening with your raffle ticket number. I would send you the actual ticket, but that many stamps would put a real damper on my funds.

All the information blade told you to include in your email will be used for my records so I know who has what ticket number.

Upon completion of sales, I will ship all sold tickets to blade. He will then draw a ticket and provide me with the number. I will then contact the member who purchased the winning ticket. I figure this is the best way to do things to avoid any possible (not that it is likely) bias. Only I will know who purchased what ticket numbers (other than the numbers you purchased).
