WTB CPU / Motherboard / Memory and other items to build a computer for a friend

Need enough items to build a computer for a friend. AMD is preferred as I feel it will be cheaper.

AMD CPU something good
Motherboard , prefer nforce2 with onboard sound etc [can be matx setup with everything integrated]
Video Card
512 mb memory min
Computer Case and Powersupply
Round Cables
PCI Modem
Hard Drive

monitior and keyboard and mouse not needed as he will reuse what he has

I have a pci modem and i need a heat spreader for my ddr stick.
