I am looking for an LGA 775 P4 processor, (no celerons). Would prefer one with a heatsink but would consider OEM for the right price. (or even a good aftermarket HSF) PM me with your offers please.

Asus P4PE-X mainboard, has box, backplate, cables.
1.6 Northwood CPU, runs all day at 150FSB, 2.4 ghz. Has stock HSF.
G4 MX440 AGP vid card
Mushkin PC2100 256 mb, CL2
125 or best offer.
The processor I purchased new from Newegg a few years ago back when they were the rage, it has served well, never overclocked past the 2.4 it has been running at, (just never tried)
This is in a community sponsored Folding rig that I host (PCPER.com folding frogs) and the reason I am selling it is to upgrade the old girl to something a little more modern, So I would prefer a straight sale, the only trade item I would consider is an LGA 775 P4 processor, that is the last piece that I need for the upgrade.
