Hey I got my cds in today. Funny thing is that they were shipped Wednesday the 7th of Febuary... hrmm read this from the One email I got from him on Wednesday the 7th:
" keeps bouncing back from my yahoo account, so it's on to trying this one.
your package didn't go out till last friday, due to illness and my stupid ass. if you feel this is unaccptable let me know how you want me to do better. "

I wouldn't have minded if he said it would be going out that day for sure. I would have felt like he was remedying the situation. There was no need to lie at all. It makes me wonder, if he lied about this what else would he lie about(Tracking # maybe?)? I have no respect for liars.
Now, it could be that he thought he shipped it, then found out he didn't and shipped it asap, but then there should have been an email informing me. If that is what happened, I apologize for calling him a liar, but that doesn't make him wholly right.
Ohwell. I got my stuff I'm not worried about it. Still I will leave a heatware about the lateness of his shipping and lack of communication, nothing else. I'll let someone else worry about the rest.
Thanks to everyone who have helped in resolving the matter. Thanks especially to Blade.
-Don

Finally heard from bio and he "said" he sent everyone their items or refunds. We'll see. He now says he's leaving out of town for 2 weeks, but didn't say when. If that's true then everyone should have their things shortly.

Glad you finally received your things acid. Now I hope the others do very shortly. It should nver have come this far. :mad

So you just got the chip and nothing else after he promised? Man, this is really disheartening to hear...I really don't understand what you're doing Biohazard, you just don't do this and in the past you were a great trader. Is it really all worth it after all the friends that helped you online here???

I truly am sad and upset at your actions, I didn't expect this from you...

Randy: If you're not totally satisified. then we're NOT done. You say I owe you an orb, fine. I'll get you an orb. So be it.

I've not been around cuz of work, and lots of it. I quit my job as a computer tech monday, so I've been trying to finish up a project that should take 2 months in 2 weeks (specing and ordering 250 workstations). I've also been working nights at a club/bar this past week. So basically my work day starts at 7am and ends at 3:30am. Leaving very little time to post my intentions here. I do want Randy to post a truthful heatware eval of this f*ck up of mine, but I also intend to finish what was started so long ago. I'm going to the computer shop tomorrow and getting a new orb for Randy.

One more thing. Who ever keeps IMing me telling me not to take this from Randy. F' off. Randy is entitled to say what he wants in this situation. Hell more power to him for being the first person to step up and tell it how it is. You shouldn't be telling me to bad mouth him, you should be thanking him for what he's done for the PCA community... putting my good for nothing ass where it belongs, and setting an example for anyone else who may make this same mistake.

Mike sorry bout your situation. I know how things can happen. all I want is what we aggreed upon in our deal. nothing more. If you feel that I am wrong then LMK. I really dont think that people understand howe important it is for good traders to stay GOOD traders. Like I said before I wasnt really upset by the lateness as I was the lack of communication. All I ask is that you TCOB and no hard feelings Eh??? :O)

As Mike himself said tho' Randy you are kinda obligated to the rest of us to report honestly and fairly in a heatware eval, the happenings of your transaction with bio. Please do not do the eval based on an emotional response, but simply thru the facts, that is thew only way this kind of thing can be prevented in the future. Sorry Mike I don't hate you, nor am I really even angry with you but I gotta watch out for the rest of these guys and especially the new traders who may not know any better.

Good man Randy (and to Mike for TCOB), sometimes doing the right thing can be very difficult and occasionally very unpopular, but you don't do the right thing for any other reason than it is simply the right thing to do.

I know you don't hate me hammer :) thought never crossed my mind bro.

Randy: I don't hold anything against you. I've learned that holding grudges against people for MY mistakes is a dumb thing to do. I'm not done with this deal. BTW I found another orb this morning. Hope you don't mind it stinking of a cyrix chip :)
