How fast and loud are they? I need something not very fast, just to mova a small amount of air.

From Lamandrake's link wouldn't this be fairly low volume air mover?
I'll have to check when I get home. They were pretty fast though & they weren't the loudest fans I've played with, but they were up there. Ever heard a refrigeration fan like they use in dairy sections? Similar sound.
You might want to hook them up to a dimmer to throttle them down.
I tried this with limited success, you couldn't throttle down more than maybe 10-15% before they get herky-jerky & stop.
