comes with everything that was in the box new I even have the box
paid over $800 for this really nice but I am upgrading to a larger screen
very little wear and tear could almost pass off as new, Battery holds full charge and will last 1-1 1/2 hrs depending on settings
I will Format and reinstall Vista
OS is on image on hard drive and I also paid for the actual Vista Home Prem Disc that I will include
