Hey, I have a friend who needs a 56K modem. Are all of them non-winmodem except the last one? If so, which one will most likely give the best performance? The new external modem may be an option too. Please let me know, as I will most likely buy one of them!
Thanks,
Loop

I think they are all winmodems except the external. I personally prefer Lucent winmodems, the frequent Lucent firmware upgrades work on all brands of Lucent winmodems, so it is easy to keep up to date.

Thanks,
I think I'd really like to keep looking for a non-winmodem!
