Can the ECS K7S5A or K7VTA3 support AMD XP 1600+? if so, how does it compare to other mb? is it worth it? can you help with by making some recomendations?

i'm running a k7s5a board now that i've change the ---- sem board i was to get with my case . i love the board so far but if i did it again i'd go the DRAGON + board from soyo.now thats a nice board.p.s. never buy a cpu from the newspaper no matter how sweet the price!
