this is the mofo deal
i was screwing with my pc trying out different video cards friend got the 8500 128 and i picked up my geforce 3
so will doing that everything was fine except it had a warning for low cmos battery wow

so i was putting my stuff back in and i think i put a piece of my ddr ram in wrong and i ripped the cord out from power supply and went to start up again and i get no juice

my geforce 3 that wa sin there works i put it in the pc i'm using now
i tried to use other power supply but only 200w is that enough juice for my current system
when a board frys does everything fry with it or just the board itself

One other think sometimes i get like a quarter turn out of my fans and i did notice a ticking noise with my power supply if i get that twitch does that mean powers going through motherboard and its not fried
or if cmos battery firys nothing wokrs

what do u think happened

Not real sure I understand everything but I'll try. :) I do understand the frustration though.

What kind of system, post the main specs like cpu, etc. If a board does fry it doesn't always fry the other parts. I'd test them all in aother system one at a time.

And if you got that cmos battery warning that may be part or all of the problem. Try another battery. And perhaps another power supply if you have one.

If this didn't help then maybe post again a bit more calmly, don't let the computer get the best of you. ;) That's what they want. :D

Replace the battery and see if that helps. Also, recheck all your connections and make sure the video card and ram are seated properly.
