Is it just me or have CPU prices gone up over the past 3 years. I seem to remember buying very close to the top of the line and having only cost ~$300 not the $600 or more you need now.

they are talking baou 1K+ for the 60.... it getting friggin costing too much to be on top anymore

yes, prices have gone up. All because amd is a true option now so they have been raising prices.

they shouldnt forget the affordability that helped them get where they are today though.

and now they dont need it because it is a superior cpu, before it was a toss up.
