Not that anyone should be installing Win7 on a new system anymore, but be aware that Win7 is not supported.
Win7 runs fine on Ryzen, but you may have issues with the Win7 installer if your mobo doesn't have a PS/2 keyboard jack because Win7 doesn't have integrated drivers for the USB controller on some Ryzen mobos, and thus your USB keyboard won't work in the installer.
