both would work fine...I say use the thermo it is lots Quieter.

Both are good, thermoengine is better though if they're both paired with a 7k fan.

I'm gonna use a Global Win WBK 38 on my setup once it gets here. Ran it on my Cel2 and it kept it nice and cool.

Whatever you use , just make sure you have a fan on there that can push some air. Especially if you're OCing. 1.33's run pretty hot, once you start jacking the voltage.

I have a swiftech MC462-A with a delta, this thing is LOUD!!! Anyhow, I put some AS in there and havent seen my temps go past upper 90's. Runs nice and cool.
