Heatware help

It was suggested that I post my problem here since I am unable to get through to support@heatware.com

Back in October I received a duplicate evaluation for a trade I made. I have attempted on several occasions (several times a month since October) to email support@heatware.com to resolve this matter. However I always get the following message:
Failed to deliver to 'support@heatware.com'
LOCAL module(account support@heatware.com) reports:
account is full (quota exceeded)
I have been unable to use heatware as I have been accused of being a scammer by potential traders. Now I can only use it after I have completed a trade. People are wary to trade with someone who doesn't use heatware, and rightly so.

Heatware's front page states: "Email sent to any other address may not be answered", yet I am unable to get through to their suggested email address. :mad

Can anyone help with this matter? I would like to get this resolved ASAP, and resume trading without any more hassles.

Thanks,
Drewpy

If it helps, I am using the same email address to send the email that I used to register with Heatware.

I mis-typed my email in there, so I was unable to receive the activation email.

My correct heatware is http://heatware.com/eval.php?id=16924

But which name do you want as your main heatware?

You have drewpy and i_want_my_mug. I assume you'd want 'drewpy'? The other would be removed.

At this point I'll just settle for having the i_want_my_mug account fixed. I just want the duplicate eval removed. I haven't ever used the Drewpy account, so I see no need to start doing so now.

ok - this is a glitch where heatware fails to assign points by ip address.

if heatware has a forum - ask (politely) for better filtering. unless and until you can get it, here are a couple hints:

1. just delete the extra heatwarer account (simple fix? maybe)
2. if it runs to an alt-seller name, do not mix the two in front of people
3. me i use the same name for all computer parts (not many so far)

4. if asking for points, make very clear the mane on those points.
