About trading, both seller/buyer have no heatware

I am selling a Radeon 9800 Pro AIW, the user purchasing doesn't have a Heatware, but his father (the one paying) has a Ebay rating of 100%. He asked me to send it ASAP, and since PayPal doesn't like my bank account, he has to send a cashiers check. Should I wait for the check or send my card out?

i noticed this site and Ebay also and apparently Yahoo all run on buyer/seller trust and honor. thats nice but if e-trading is to evolve into a reliable media, there's something better.
this would be for paypal or somebody to come out with a trust account where an item sold has a tag account where
A: the item is listed
B; the buyer posts a payment
c; seller accepts posting - notifies when shipping
d; item ships
e: buyer and/or shipper - posts shipping completed
f: tag on account is closed - payment credited to seller
notes; this is of course only viable for people who dont have to worry about the money in a single tyransaction.
and, of course, the holding company makes a mint on pending transactions (via CDs if nowhere else)
