Got ripped off in a trade, need help

I just got shafted in a trade and I'm wondering what I can do about it. The trade was for an Xbox 360, and I sent my half of the deal (which was a gift card to staples) but they never sent the 360. Here is the information they gave me.

when I do the reverse lookup on white pages (somethign I probably should have done before hand) it says the name is John Blati.
What can I do????? I've contacted my local police department and will be filling out a police report on monday. I'm tying to contact the joliet police department as well.
