as the three month mark is approaching since Karchiveur decided to steal my iPhone and not send payment, i have finished my research on options.
i want to thank eGo and renovation for all of their help along the way. it's now time to show Jordan Kuz how the real world works and that disrespecting someone in this way does not go overlooked. it's a slap in the face to everyone on PCA, as far as i am concerned.
so, as of early next week, i am turning the matter over to a collection service in Alberta. the service specializes in collecting such unpaid fees. if they cannot get him to act like a mature, respectable adult, he will be sued in his local small claims court for the full amount of the transaction + as much of the legal fees as canadian law allows. the good thing about the collection service is they will also represent me so i don't have to waste MORE time and money by actually going there to the court date.
the final bonus (at least i think this part is accurate) is that his credit will be affected after losing the small claims matter.
in the end, i will most likely end up paying multiple hundreds more to see it through, but if that's what it takes, then so be it.
i wonder if simply mailing that money order in the beginning would have been a better idea for him?

This truly is a sad day. It seems Karchiveur even logged on 3 days after your post in that thread and decided to skip out. His little buddy who was all so "helpful" hasn't logged in for awhile either, over a week before Karchiveur's last login nonetheless.
You gave him his chance, now throw the book at him and make him pay for the book you threw at him.

I posted his troll ass yesterday on RR Forums.
