OK how about a USB to SATA adapter?

Post by BuckMaster »

Has anyone seen a USB to SATA device adapter? I have a USB to IDE works great for ghosting drives and hooking up to get data off Laptops and Desktop drives both.

However latley I have been working with alot of Dell Desktops that have SATA for the H/D and IDE for the CD-ROM drive. Trying to find a easy way to ghost the drives when I only have one SATA device/controller on the motherboard. With only one SATA I cant so a disk to disk.

I could probably use Mulicast server in ghost and go from one PC to the other each having one SATA drive. But alot of extra work im trying to avoid.

I hope Im making since here. :)

Thanks!
