Can you tell the difference from a .25 and a .27dpi?

I have a choice between 2 monitors but I can't quite decide which one I want. Does the .02 dpi between them make a noticable difference?
I can't decide between this one which I like because it's black:

Hard to say without actually looking at the monitors, but as a rule of thumb, if the monitor is 15" or smaller, it probably won't matter much. On the other hand, if the monitor is 17" or greater, you will probably notice the difference. If you have to look at the monitor for long periods of time, the get the one with the lower dot pitch.
Also, if you look at specs, sometimes they might list it as: .22mm horzontal dot pitch and .14mm vertical. To translate this to something you can compare against, use this formula: a squared + b squared = c squared. So for my example above, the actual dot pitch will be c = SQRT(a^2 + b^2) or .26mm.

The second link(NEC) has a "0.25mm mask pitch" I think this monitor uses their wannabe Trinitron technology(its not trinitron, its something else). So you really can't compare the two based on dot pitch as the NEC doesn't use dots. also, look at the NEC's viewable image size 15.6" ewwwww
