Yeah, it's a 50pin scsi (floppy drive) and it's pretty quiet. Other than the fact it's a scsi, floppy drive is still a floppy drive. I just got it for the pure fact that I can say it's a "complete" scsi system. Just wished LS-120 came in scsi flavor.


btw - here's some info:

Teac FD-235HF
P/N: 19307337-13 (top half)
P/N: 19307397-15 (bottom half which is a scsi board)

(Complete kit should be P/N:0950-2326)

I actually picked it up from someone on one of these boards but I've seen then on some scsi vendors websites. It was just 8 times more than what I paid for this one though.
