Tried with different versions of ICQ but all over again got this stupid message and can't connect!

"RATE LIMIT EXCEEDED
PLEASE TRY TO RECCONECT IN A FEW MINUTSE"

It works for a while after installing new version and start again and there is no way to connect.

Any ideas?

That happens when ICQ's servers think you are trying to connect to quickly... just wait about 30 minutes and try again

Thanx, but its funny, I am accesing to ICQ through proxy server of my firm.
Few colegues next to me chat normaly on ICQ and I am the onlyone with problem
