Need more details. What happened? What did you do right before this started? What are the specs? What have you tried? Have you ever danced with the devil in the pale moonlight? Stuff like that. :)

Try clearing your CMOS first. It might be an option that you have setup wrong that is makin' the system hang. To do that, there is ususally a jumper near the battery on your motherboard. You just flip it off, turn the system on (nothing will happen usually) then turn it off and flip the jumper back. Each motherboard is different, so I would look at the manual or hte manufacterers website first.

If you want to reinstall the BIOS, your best bet would to be, again, go to the manufacterers website. Each motherboard is slightly different, but I know with AwardBios, all you have to do is get the flash utility and hte new bios .bin file. Run the flash utility from DOS and it'll ask for the new BIOS version, you type in the name of hte file (xxx.bin) and it'll update it for you. One thing to remember as anyone will tell you, NEVER and I mean NEVER TURN THE POWER OFF WHILE FLASHING YOUR BIOS. If this does happen, you might end up with a bum board...

Good luck :)
