US Robotics Rackmounts?!?!

Just grabbed this from my work because they were throwing it out. I wanted it for the case, but as I look closer, it 1 or 2 cards that are dual 10/100 port nics. I can't find any info on US Robitics website on this, was wondering if anybody knows anything about this device or US Robotics making rackmounts.
