No Video Capture on a Radeon VIVO

Ok I got the video in on my Radeon 64 DDR VIVO hooked up to my Camcorder, when i click on Video In i can see it on my computer screen. But when I go to record that (capture) All i get is the audio for somereason its not capturing the video anyone happen to know why ?
